The Ammo Shadow Box
$36 at Sephora and $39 at Ulta, but in Ulta it includes a full size Eden UDPP |
Using normal UDPP as a base |
- Sleek packaging
- Variety of colors for natural and dramatic looks
- Smooth consistency
- Easy to apply and blend
- Nice sized mirror
Cons:
- 5 of the 10 shadows have giagantic glitter
- Some colors are really similar (if it has just a few shadows I think it will be better to have more variety of colors)
Overall Grade:
8 out of 10
PPS (Price Per Shadow): $3.60
I would purchase this again
UD <3 NYC or Book Of Shadows Vol. 3
$54 at Sephora |
Using UDPP as a base |
Pros:
- Includes eyeliners and UDPP
- More variety of colors
- Cute packaging
- Great quality of shadows
- Awesome bright colors
- Smooth to apply
- Easy to blend
Cons:
- Huge, bulky packaging
- Not the ideal palette to use while traveling
- Tiny mirror
Overall grade
8 out of 10
Price Per Item: $2.86
I don't think I'll buy this again
Quick comparison:
- The Ammo palette is easier to take with you
- NYC gives you more shades to achieve many types of looks
- Some shades are in both palettes (Smog, Last Call, Maui Wowie)
- Both are perfect as a gift
So, here are my thoughts is both palettes... Hope this is helpful to all of you!!
XOXO
